Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for
the cost of returning it to us, with an RMA#. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you
for the original shipping charges and if your order was shipped postage paid and returned you will be responsible for the orginal shipping charges as well. If you special ordered an item we will need to pass along our restocking fee charged to us which could be 10-20% of the order.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of
returning it to us (with an RMA#).

PLEASE E-mail for Return Merchandise Authorization # - RMA #, to ensure
proper credit for return. Please clearly mark your RMA # on the outside
of your package, if this # is not on the outside of the package it will not be accepted, and will be returned to you.
